The Company provides a range of professional esthetician services. All services are performed by licensed professionals in accordance with state and local regulations. The Services include, but are not limited to:

· General Esthetician Services: Facials, Deep Cleansing, Exfoliation, Steaming Extractions, Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion, LED Light Therapy, Acne Treatments, Hyperpigmentation Treatments, HydraFacial, Hair Removal by Electrolysis, Make up Application, Skincare Consultation.

· Oncology Esthetics: We offer specialized, gentle skin care services for individuals currently undergoing or recovering from cancer treatment. These services are adapted to address the specific needs and sensitivities of oncology patients.

3. Medical Disclaimer for Oncology Patients and Other Clients with Health Conditions

The services provided by the Company are for cosmetic and wellness purposes only. Our estheticians are not medical doctors and do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions.

· For Oncology Patients: You acknowledge and understand that the Company’s Oncology Esthetic Services are complementary to, and not a substitute for, professional medical care. We require that you consult with your medical oncologist or other treating physician before receiving any of our Services to ensure they are appropriate for your specific health condition and treatment plan. By proceeding with an appointment, you affirm that you have received your physician’s consent.

· General Medical Disclaimer: You agree to provide a truthful and complete medical and health history. You understand that certain medical conditions, medications, or health events may contraindicate or alter the effectiveness of our Services. Failure to disclose accurate information may result in adverse reactions, and you agree to hold the Company harmless for any such consequences.

4. Client Consent and Release of Liability

Prior to receiving any Services, you will be required to sign a separate, detailed Client Consent Form. · Accuracy of Information: You certify that the information you have provided regarding your medical history, allergies, medications, and current health status is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

· Waiver for Undisclosed Conditions: You release the Company from any injury or complication resulting from preexisting or undiagnosed medical conditions not disclosed at the time of your appointment.
