Skin Service Considerations: Prioritizing Your Skin Surface Comfort

To support a comfortable and well paced cosmetic session environment, skin care services may occasionally be adjusted, deferred, or rescheduled based on skin surface level considerations. These conversations are always approached with care, respect, and a focus on comfort and overall session experience.

You are welcome to share if any of the following apply, as they may influence session pacing, product selection, or modality suitability within a cosmetic scope:

Surface & Service Context

  • Recent Professional Skin Services
If relevant you may share if you have had recent intensive surface-refining or professional cosmetic services (such as chemical exfoliation, microneedling, or light-based cosmetic services) performed in the area scheduled for service.

  • Visible Surface Changes

Optional to share if there are areas of noticeable reactivity, heightened sensitivity, or unexpected changes to the skin surface in the area scheduled for service.

  • Topical History

If applicable, you may choose to share if you have recently used strong topical products that may increase skin surface sensitivity.

Sensitivity & Modality Awareness

  • Known Sensitivities
If you have known allergies or topical sensitivities to skin care ingredients, you may wish to share.

  • Modality Awareness
You may choose to share if you are aware of sensitivities to light-based or electrical cosmetic tools, or prefer to avoid certain non-invasive aesthetic modalities during your session.

These considerations are shared to support comfort focused, cosmetic service planning and remain within an esthetic scope. Services are provided for beautification and relaxation only and do not involve medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment.

Decisions related to medical care, medications, or health conditions remain entirely personal and are not assessed or advised on within cosmetic services.
