Our Appointment Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable. When you book an appointment, we set aside that time especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the time to another client who is in need of our services. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, the deposit will be applied to the missed appointment. In the case of a "no-show" (a missed appointment without any notification), the deposit will be applied to the missed appointment, and future bookings may require full prepayment to secure the time.

Late Arrivals: Appointments may not be extended due to late arrivals. If your are more than 15 minutes late without notice, we may consider it a "no-show" and the service may be forfeited. We kindly ask if you are running late to notify us so we can work with you to either reschedule the appointment or modify the planned service(s).

Terms and Conditions for Gift Certificates, Facial Packages, Coupons and Discounts

This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the purchase, use, and redemption of all gift certificates and prepaid facial packages (referred to collectively as “Certificates”). By purchasing or redeeming a Certificate, you agree to these terms.

1. Redemption

· Certificates are valid for the specific service(s) or monetary value stated on the Certificate. They cannot be redeemed for cash.

· The Certificate must be presented at the time or service redemption. A digital or physical copy is acceptable

2. Validity and Expiration

· All Certificates have a validity period and an expiration date clearly marked. It is the responsibility of the Certificate holder to redeem the service(s) or monetary value before this date.

· Once a Certificate has expired, it is no longer valid, and its value will be forfeited.

· Promotional or bonus Certificates, if any, may have a separate or shorter expiration date3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

· Forfeiture: If a client fails to provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment, or if a client “no-show” the appointment, one of the redeemable services from the package or gift certificate will be forfeited.

4. Transferability

· Certificates are fully transferable. They can be gifted or sold to another person.

· Once a Certificate has been redeemed for a specific service or value, it cannot be transferred.

5. Lost or Stolen Certificates

· We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Certificates.

· We recommend treating Certificates like cash. We may be able to verify purchase for a lost Certificate if proof of purchase can be provided, but is not guaranteed.

6. Refunds

· All sales of Certificates are final. No refunds will be issued once a purchase has been completed, except as required by law.

7. Promotional Value

· Certificates purchased at a discount or as part of a promotion have no cash value. They can only be used for the specific service(s) as described and expire on the date specified.

8. Coupons and Discounts

· Coupons and discount codes are for single use only and cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or gift certificates.

· Coupons and discount codes are not valid toward the purchase of a gift certificate.

· They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

· Expiration dates and any other specific terms are stated on the coupon itself.
